Browsing publicly available property information, using general search and viewing listings on Amaravathi Property Experts ("APE") is generally available without a browsing fee. Some optional services may be chargeable.

3. Online payments
Online payments collected through this website are for APE services that are expressly identified at checkout or in the corresponding service communication. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout.

4. Property sale consideration
Property pricing shown in listings is information supplied by sellers/dealers or available to APE and may change. Buyers should confirm the final property price, title, measurements, approvals, taxes and transaction terms directly before entering into a property transaction.
5. Taxes and payment-provider charges
Where applicable, taxes will be included in or added to the amount presented before payment. Any additional charge that is legally payable will be disclosed before checkout to the extent applicable to the selected service.
6. Pricing changes
APE may revise service prices, promotional offers or service packages from time to time. A price change will not retrospectively alter a paid service already confirmed, unless both parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires it.
