By accessing or using amaravathipropertyexperts.com (the "Website"), submitting a property, contacting a seller/buyer through APE, or purchasing an APE service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy, Pricing page and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase a service.
2. About Amaravathi Property Experts
Amaravathi Property Experts ("APE", "we", "us" or "our") is an independent real-estate information, property-discovery and service platform focused on Amaravati and related property markets. APE is not APCRDA, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, a registration authority or a land-record authority.
3. Property information and verification
Listings, prices, measurements, facing, location, photographs, ownership statements and other property information may be supplied by property owners, sellers, dealers, users or third-party/public sources. While APE may use checks intended to improve quality, we do not guarantee that every listing or data point is complete, current, legally verified or error-free.
4. Accounts and user responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information when creating an account, posting a property or submitting an enquiry.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify APE if unauthorized use is suspected.
- Do not upload false, misleading, infringing, unlawful or fraudulent content.
- Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the Website, APIs or data.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to list a property.
5. Property listings and moderation
APE may review, edit for formatting, reject, suspend or remove a listing when reasonably necessary for quality, security, compliance, suspected fraud, duplication or violation of these Terms. Publication of a listing is not an APE guarantee of ownership, title or transaction suitability.
6. Buyer, seller and dealer interactions
Users may communicate or transact with property owners, buyers, dealers and other third parties. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the underlying property transaction is between the relevant buyer and seller, and each party is responsible for its own negotiations, documentation, taxes, professional advice and regulatory compliance.
7. APE service fees and payments
APE may charge for selected services such as promoted listings, buyer assistance, advertising, coordination or other agreed services. The applicable amount and service scope will be displayed or communicated before payment. See our Pricing page.
Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. APE will not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or other payment-instrument credentials.
8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, APE branding, website design, original text, software, databases, graphics and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to APE. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit but grant APE a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and distribute that content as reasonably required to provide the Website and related services.
10. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to maps, government resources, payment providers, social/communication services and other third-party websites. Their availability, content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. APE is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
11. Availability and changes
APE may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website or a service. We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Limitation and applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APE is not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate third-party listing information, independent buyer/seller decisions, third-party system failures or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with APE so the parties can attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
