Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information APE may collect when you browse properties, create an account, post a listing, contact us or use a paid service.

Effective / last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to amaravathipropertyexperts.com and APE services that link to this policy. It explains how Amaravathi Property Experts ("APE", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, mobile number and account/profile information.
  • Property listing details, photographs, documents or descriptions you choose to submit.
  • Buyer requirements, enquiries, messages, feedback and support communications.
  • Billing-related details necessary to associate a payment with an APE service.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, pages viewed and basic security/log information.
  • Cookies or similar identifiers used for session management, preferences, favourites, security and website analytics.

3. Payment information

When you make an online payment, payment processing may be provided by Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. APE may receive and store transaction-related information such as an internal reference, payment/order ID, amount, currency, payment status, payment method category, payer contact details and verification/capture status where supplied by the processor.

APE does not require or intentionally store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP. Payment-instrument credentials are entered into the payment provider's secure payment experience.

4. How we use information

  • Operate accounts, property listings, search, favourites, enquiries and customer support.
  • Connect or facilitate communication between interested buyers, sellers or dealers where the user requests it.
  • Provide purchased services, issue receipts/references and reconcile payments or refunds.
  • Send service communications and, where permitted, relevant property or platform updates by email, phone or messaging services such as WhatsApp.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and security incidents.
  • Measure and improve website performance, usability, listings and services.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

5. When information may be shared

APE may share limited information when reasonably necessary with:

  • Property owners, buyers, dealers or service participants when you ask us to facilitate a relevant enquiry or transaction.
  • Payment processors such as Razorpay for payment processing, verification, refunds, fraud prevention and related support.
  • Hosting, communications, analytics, security or other technology service providers acting for APE.
  • Professional advisers and government/law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
  • A successor entity in connection with a legitimate merger, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable safeguards.

APE does not sell full payment-instrument credentials because it does not intentionally collect or store them.

6. Public listing information

Property information submitted for publication can become publicly visible, including listing descriptions, images, approximate or precise location information selected for publication, and seller/dealer details configured for display. Do not submit information you are not authorized to publish.

7. Cookies and local storage

APE may use cookies or browser storage to keep users signed in, protect forms, remember preferences/favourites and understand website usage. You may control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies can affect account and website functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain transaction/account records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods can differ by data category.

9. Security

APE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their account credentials and avoid sharing OTPs or passwords.

10. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations, you may contact APE to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to object to/withdraw consent for optional marketing communications. We may need to verify identity before acting on certain requests.

11. Children

APE's property marketplace and paid services are intended for adults capable of entering into relevant transactions. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children for property transactions.

Links to government sites, maps, social networks, messaging tools, payment providers or other third parties are governed by those third parties' own privacy policies. APE does not control their independent privacy practices.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, operational or technology changes. The latest version will be published here with its updated effective date.

14. Privacy contact

For a privacy question or request, contact APE through the Contact Us page. Please describe the request and the email/mobile number associated with your account or enquiry so we can identify the relevant records.
